BTL 2017, an anual event for professionals connected to tourism industry, where is possible to analyse market trends and place your offers in very competitive and creative ways, took place in March, in Parque das Nações in Lisbon.
Gema, along side with Turismo da Madeira, brought life to this event with 3 main creative and interactive solutions:
Cristóvão Colombo gave character to a virtual host with motion detection, that welcomes you to the event, while promoting the Porto Santo Island. This 3D animated dummy interacted with you, answering as many questions as you want about Madeira.
A virtual reality simulator, in a shape of a basket for a typical Madeira tour, where the user, with the help of VR glasses, could go down the hills with the amazing visual experience in 360º of Madeira.
A virtual reality tour with VR glasses, where you could see strategic points of the island, such as The Levadas Tour, a famous point of interest of Madeira, where you could experience go downhill through the beautiful hills of the Island.
