How a memorable experience created a bond between the public and 25th April Bridge.
And yes, we did it!
THE CONCEPT
GEMA embarked on a visionary project to infuse technological solutions into the heart of the Pilar 7 Experience, creating an immersive exploration of the iconic bridge’s history. Through masterful sound and narrative techniques, along with immersive projection mapping, GEMA crafted an ode to the construction of the bridge, paying homage to the 3000 workers who played a pivotal role in its creation.
ARTWORK COMES ALIVE
The center unfolds with an array of captivating experiences. A sea hologram emerges beneath a suspended scale model of the bridge, transporting visitors into the depths of its construction. A projection of a train traverses the narrative landscape, culminating in the finale: a panoramic elevator ascent to the observation deck, suspended from the bridge itself.
Situated on one of the bridge's pillars, the Interpretative Center at Pilar 7 offers a truly unique vantage point at 80 meters above ground. The panoramic elevator, a technological feat in itself, elevates the visitor experience, providing not only historical insights but also a breathtaking view that crowns the immersive journey through the construction and legacy of the bridge.
